Postage Information

All orders that are in stock and received by Yellobox before 3:30pm GMT, will be dispatched the same day.
Any orders received after 3:30pm GMT or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
All Orders are fully insured in transit by Yellobox, if in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or not at all you can contact us via customerservices@yellobox.co.uk.
Delivery times and prices depend on the weight of your order and where the goods are being sent to.

Postage Prices

Postage and packaging costs will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to purchasing based on the following criteria:

Destination	Orders over £100
UK and Northern Ireland	FREE delivery
ROI	FREE delivery
Europe	FREE delivery
Rest of World	FREE delivery
Orders under £100 calculated based on weight and courier at time of purchase

Delivery within the UK will generally be 1-3 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to Republic of Ireland will generally be 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Estimated delivery time for all other destinations is 5 - 7 working days from day of dispatch.

All deliveries are guaranteed to reach you within 14 working days from dispatch.

Packaging costs are included as part of the Postage and Packaging charge. Although additional gift wrapping services are available. See packaging page.
