Most of our other competitors claim to use diamond stones with a clarity level I, which is commonly known as white pique. At this level, the clarity is said to be ‘Imperfect’ and blemishes/inclusions can be seen by the naked eye. At Yellobox, we will guarantee that any diamond stones featured in our products, shall be of a clarity of at least VS, where the minor inclusions are difficult to locate under 10x magnification. Any good jewellers should be willing to professionally clean a piece of diamond jewellery for a small fee. Between visits, it is important to use a non-abrasive cleaner. Most effective is most probably applying a mild solution of six parts water to one part ammonia and using a soft bristle brush. Additionally, one should take care when storing diamond jewellery and ensure it is protected from any potential abrasions or friction of any nature.

i.) What is Sterling Silver?

Firstly, the customer shall browse the site and hopefully find exactly what they are looking for. At the end of there visits, this product(s) should be added to their Shopping Cart. Residents within the U.K., should expect to receive delivery within 2-3 days of ordering. Additionally, customers outside the U.K. should expect delivery between 3-5 days from the date they have been dispatched. Respectively, you will be contacted and notified as to when your order has been accepted and consequently dispatched. If there is the unlikely event of a delay, you will be quickly contacted and informed of its nature.

In relation to diamond jewellery, and engravings, we shall email you personally and advise as to how long the goods will take to deliver. In general, we have an efficient and dependable system, through which we would not expect delays in delivery to be over two weeks of ordering, worldwide.



2. How will my order be delivered?

As standard, packaging refers to all items being tastefully displayed in the official Yellobox presentation boxes and cord-bags. This service is free as is postage on orders over £100. Those under this value, have postage charges based on calculations of weight, number of items and carrier service used.

In general, an item under the price of £30 will cost £2.95 to post and one above this value shall cost £4.95. If delivery is outside the U.K., one should expect to pay around £8.95. Postage costs relative to your particular order shall be viewed at the payment page of the order process before you perform the transaction.

5. Can I order now but delay my delivery to a more convenient time?

Going on holiday?...

If there is a certain date on which delivery would be more convenient for you, we shall delay dispatching the goods and ensure they arrive on that day. This service is appreciated in the event of customers leaving their homes on holiday or for other reasons. It may also be appropriate for birthday surprises.

6. What happens if I miss the Postman?

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the postman shall leave a card, stating that the package has been returned to your region’s local sorting office. It will remain there for personal collection. You may be required to produce I.D. on collection.
