Postage Information

• All orders that are in stock and received by Yellobox before 3:30pm GMT, will be dispatched the same day.
• Any orders received after 3:30pm GMT or over the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
• In the unlikely event that an order is out of stock, close relations with the manufacturer allow us to replenish stocks the next working day. We will then dispatch it to the customer without delay. If there are any unforeseen delays we will contact the customer with a personal email.
• All Orders are fully insured in transit by Yellobox, if in the unlikely event your order arrives damaged or not at all you can contact us via info@yellobox.co.uk.
• Delivery times and prices depend on the weight / value of your order and where the goods are being sent to.

Postage Prices

Postage and packaging costs at Yellobox are highly competitive and will be added to the value of your order, which you can view prior to confirming, based on the following criteria:

Delivery within the UK will generally be 1-3 working days from date of dispatch. Delivery to Republic of Ireland will generally be 2-5 working days from date of dispatch.

Estimated delivery time for all other destinations is 5 - 7 working days from day of dispatch.

All deliveries are guaranteed to reach you within 14 working days from dispatch.
