Return / Exchange a yellobox
Yellobox prides itself on offering only top quality merchandise. Prior to dispatch,
each item is checked thoroughly and professionally to ensure that the product
delivered represents the exact standard promised on the site. Each purchase
is accompanied with a certificate that guarantees its quality.
Returning a Yellobox
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we shall be willing
to refund, replace or exchange the item within 14 days of its purchase through
our simple, hassle-free returns policy (Note- this policy is not applicable
to some products- see below). There are a number of conditions that preside
over this policy and need to be primarily acknowledged to avoid confusion.
- Once items have entered the delivery process, you will be unable to cancel/be
refunded for any specialized services provided by Yellobox, such as Gift wrapping.
- We cannot provide a refund/exchange for any personalized items or those
made specifically to fulfill your order (i.e. wedding rings) unless there
is a fault in the product.
- For reasons of hygiene, we cannot refund or replace earrings unless they
have a fault.
- Please arrange all returns with the Customer Service Department at Yellobox
before sending the package.
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Should you require a refund or exchange, please ensure that the product is unworn and all original packaging and materials are present. Contact our Customer Services Department via e-mail customerservices@yellobox.co.uk or telephone +44 (0) 8456 123 230 and we will provide you with details of our return address.
We will issue you with a 4 digit Return Authorisation Number (RAN) if the request has been made within 14 days of purchase.
Returning for Refund
- You may request a full refund for the price of the product in question within
14 days of the receipt of its purchase.
- We will refund your transaction in full to the original credit card used
at the time of purchase.
- This policy is only applicable if the item has not been worn or suffered
any damage. On delivery, each returned product shall be checked for micro
scratches to confirm this.
Returning for Exchange
- You may request to exchange your product within 14 days of the receipt of
its purchase.
- Within the package, please include details of the item you would like to
exchange for.

Returning Damaged / Faulty Merchandise
- Claims for faulty goods can be made by returning the item(s) to Yellobox
within 14 days of the receipt of purchase.
- Faults caused by accident, negelect, misuse or everyday wear are not covered
by this policy.
- Upon inspection, we shall replace/mend the product or refund your full
payment if we believe it is genuinely faulty.
- Return postage costs shall be reimbursed if a receipt of postage is included
within the packaging.
- Within the package please include a note explaining the nature and area
of damage or where the fault is located on the product.
