To find the approximate ring size, take a ring belonging to the person in question and place it over the circles below until you find one which is closest in circumference to yours. Please not that the circumferences shown below represent the size of the internal diameter of the ring- therefore the lines should trace the inner circumference of your ring in order for the size to be most accurate.
