- Before a customer places an order with Yellobox, it is highly recommended

- Once a customer has ordered a product from Yellobox, you warrant that the

- All products remain full property of Yellobox until payment is authorised
and received in entirety.
- Yellobox offers an additional service where a product can be luxuriously
gift wrapped and delivered direct to the receiver along with a complementary
gift card containing your personalised message. By placing an order with yellobox,
you warrant that you are the person refered to in the payment details.
- Understandably, Yellobox shall not be liable for an unlikely delay in fulfilling,
or failing to fulfil any obligations in relation to our products/services,
if the delay/failure was of a cause beyond our rational control.
- Yellobox claims no further liability to you after products failing to meet
specification are replaced or their price refunded.
- We politely ask that no visitors under the age of 16 should sign into this
site nor submit any information to us.

Warranty of whats in the yellobox
- We promise that you shall only find brand new merchandise in the Yellobox.
As company that places quality as a primary quality, we refrain from selling
used, seconds, refurbished or rejected items.
- Before dispatch, all products are carefully and professionally checked
for any faults, defects or limitation to our specification of quality.
- In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, products shall either be
repaired our replace at our discretion.
- All merchandise carried in a Yellobox is supported with a full years manufacturers
guarantee. This does not however extend to products whose defects arose from
fair wear and tear, wilful damage or alteration or repair of products without
our approval.
- When sending the product please include the relevant receipt/invoice and
